Return/Refund Policy
We provide return/refund of products on 99hubfactory within 7 days of delivery of the order. There are some products which are not applicable return/refund/replace. For ex. (Lingerie, undergarments, jewellery and stationery.) These products are not return by the seller on our website.
ORDER RETURN
Condition of return/refund
Do not use the product.
Do not break the tag.
Product must be in original condition.
Product do not mismatch, size issue, and damage.
Ex. - T-shirts, pants tag must be attached on the product in same condition.
Shoes must be packed in the same box.

PAYMENT
Refund Policy
For Prepaid order
If customer have paid for the product using net banking, debit card, credit card, and UPI so, refund amount of order get credit in customer bank account within 7 working days after product check.
For cash on delivery order
If customer have paid for the product using cash on delivery so, refund amount of order get credit in customer bank account within 10-15 working days after product check.
